My personal dinner suggestions

I love pasta , rice , salads and everything with vegetables and fruit so im leaving you today a suggestion for dinner that i did this week .As you may see in the picture it´s pasta with sausages sliced chicken , olives and peppers , i did everything on a frying pan only with a little bit of olive oil (more healthy ) and a tiny amount of salt and tabasco . 

                       Stir fry vegetables with sausages and turkey pieces plus basmati rice.
                      Whole wheat bread with a pork chop, lettuce and one slice of ham and cheese .

  Crispbread with cheese.
